Overview We are seeking a Peer Support Supervisor to lead peer support services, supervise team members, and help maintain high-quality, recovery-focused care. This role is ideal for a candidate with lived experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to supporting both staff and clients. Duties Supervise and mentor a team of peer support specialists and BHT's, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to enhance service quality. Coordinate and oversee peer support sessions, ensuring they align with best practices in crisis intervention, crisis management, and behavioral health. Monitor client progress through documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems, maintaining accurate and confidential records. Collaborate with clinical teams to integrate peer support services into broader treatment plans and community outreach efforts. Respond to urgent situations with effective crisis management skills, providing immediate support or escalation as necessary. Requirements Proven experience in crisis intervention, crisis management, or behavioral health settings. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and reporting purposes. Excellent communication skills to engage clients empathetically while guiding peer specialists effectively. Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally while maintaining confidentiality. Knowledge of community resources and experience working within diverse populations is a plus.
