Pellet Mill Machine Operator

Overview:We are currently hiring a Pellet Mill Machine Operator for a growing agricultural fertilizer production facility.This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with experience operating industrial or agricultural equipment who enjoys working in a production environment.This position supports the safe and efficient processing of compost into finished fertilizer products.Candidates should be mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and comfortable working around production machinery.Responsibilities:Operate and monitor pellet mill equipment Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance Operate skid steer equipment as needed Assist with bagging and preparing product for shipment Monitor production quality and report issues Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Qualifications:High school diploma or GED Experience operating industrial or agricultural equipment preferred Mechanical aptitude Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in an agricultural production environment CDL or willingness to obtain is a plus This is a physically active role requiring standing, walking, lifting, and working in environments that may include heat, cold, dust, and agricultural conditions.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$19.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Application Question(s):Do you own, or hunt any type of bird?
