With a reputation for excellence, we continue to set the standard in the metal building industry. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a PEMB Foreman. The PEMB Foreman will supervise and lead construction teams in the assembly and installation of Pre-engineered Metal Buildings. Daily tasks will include overseeing on-site operations, directing the use of heavy equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards, coordinating with team members, and ensuring timely project completion without compromising quality. The PEMB Foreman will also conduct routine maintenance and repairs as needed. Qualifications Proven Supervisory Skills for leading teams and managing projects Experience with Heavy Equipment operation and safety regulations Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders Carpentry and Maintenance skills for tasks related to metal building assembly and upkeep Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under deadlines Experience in Pre-engineered Metal Building construction is highly desirable High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in construction management or related fields are a plus
