A company is looking for an Expert Trial Attorney (Remote - Allentown, PA). Key Responsibilities Represent insured individuals and the Company in the defense of bodily injury, property damage, homeowners, and Uninsured/Underinsured motorist cases Lead complex trials, arbitrations, and mediations with minimal supervision Mentor junior attorneys and provide legal counsel on litigation and regulatory issues Required Qualifications Juris Doctor from an accredited law school Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and in good standing 7+ years of litigation experience, particularly in bodily injury and insurance defense Proven experience as lead or co-lead counsel on complex litigation matters Technological proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research platforms
