Nice-To-Haves SPHR or SHRM-SCP preferred. Responsible for coordinating and directing the Co-worker Relations programs and functions. The incumbent has primary responsibility for co-worker relations to include, personnel administration, policy and procedure development, wage and salary structure development, and compliance for Human Resource functions. These functions include responsibility for developing, interpreting, and recommending program goals and objectives, policies and procedures, and courses of action.
