PeopleSoft Fluid UI / UX Modernization Consultant

HyperGen Inc. is seeking a senior-level PeopleSoft consultant for an upcoming Higher Education modernization initiative focused on improving the PeopleSoft Fluid user experience across multiple environments. This is NOT a traditional backend development or admin role. We are specifically looking for a consultant with strong experience in: PeopleSoft Fluid UI Landing pages / homepages Tiles and navigation collections WorkCenters / dashboards User experience and navigation improvements Stakeholder workshops and functional design discussions The ideal consultant will be comfortable working directly with business users to evaluate current navigation and usability challenges and help design modern, user-friendly approaches utilizing delivered PeopleTools functionality. Required Senior-level PeopleSoft functional consulting experience Experience with Fluid UI and homepage modernization Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills PeopleTools 8.5x / 8.6x exposure US-based consultant Preferred: Higher Education or Campus Solutions experience Experience supporting UX or navigation redesign initiatives within PeopleSoft Please note: No third-party layers No offshore submissions Direct consultants strongly preferred
