Role Description We are seeking a Per Diem Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for an on-site role at our Miami Beach, FL facility. This role involves administering anesthesia and monitoring patients during outpatient fertility procedures, collaborating with physicians and other medical staff, ensuring patient comfort, and adhering to safety standards. This position requires precise management of anesthesia plans for patients, documentation of medical records, and ensuring optimal care and safety. Qualifications Strong expertise in Anesthesiology and General Anesthesia administration Proficiency in Nursing practices and principles related to reproductive health Knowledge of Medicine, including pharmacology and patient care protocols Experience supporting Surgery in outpatient or clinical settings Current CRNA certification and active Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license required Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to providing empathetic and high-quality patient care Experience in fertility or reproductive health clinics is preferred
