Registered Nurse (RN) – Primary Care & Infusion ServicesLocation: Rio Rancho, New MexicoEmployment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Per DiemSupervision: Works under the direct medical orders and supervision of a licensed MD About Us:We are a physician-led healthcare practice in Rio Rancho, NM, providing comprehensive primary care, wellness, and infusion services. Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. This role will support both primary care and infusion therapy services, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care under physician supervision. Key Responsibilities Perform patient intake, assessments, and vital signs Administer IV infusions, injections, and biologic therapies as ordered by MD Monitor patients during infusion treatments for safety and adverse reactions Provide patient education regarding medications, treatments, and follow-up care Assist physicians and advanced practice providers with exams and procedures Coordinate care plans for chronic disease management and wellness services Conduct medication reconciliation and prior authorizations as needed Maintain accurate EMR documentation and nursing records Manage infusion supplies, medication inventory, and treatment room readiness Support preventative care, annual wellness visits, and patient follow-up Ensure compliance with state regulations, infection control, and clinical protocols Qualifications: Active New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) license Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred) Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience in: Primary care Internal medicine Family practice Infusion therapy Outpatient clinic settings IV insertion and infusion therapy experience strongly preferred Knowledge of biologics, hydration therapy, and vitamin infusions preferred Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills EMR proficiency Preferred Skills: IV starts and vascular access expertise Infusion therapy monitoring Chronic disease management Preventative care coordination Excellent multitasking and communication abilities Team-oriented mindset Benefits: Competitive compensation (DOE) Flexible scheduling options Professional growth opportunities Continuing education support Supportive physician-led environment Opportunity to work in innovative wellness and infusion services Apply Today:Become part of a dynamic healthcare team focused on delivering exceptional primary and infusion care services to the Rio Rancho community.
