Job Summary: The Performance Marketing Manager at The Erosion Company (TEC) is responsible for driving revenue growth and new customer acquisition through data-driven marketing strategies. This role owns the development and execution of performance marketing initiatives that generate qualified leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and directly contribute to revenue across the Southeast region. Serving as a strategic partner to Sales and Operations leadership, this position collaborates closely with General Managers, Vice Presidents, and sales teams to identify high-value opportunities, optimize lead flow, and improve conversion rates. The Performance Marketing Manager is accountable for delivering measurable outcomes, including pipeline growth, cost per lead, and marketing-sourced revenue. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, results-driven, and focused on continuous optimization. They thrive in fast-paced environments and are motivated by performance metrics, with a strong ability to align marketing efforts directly to revenue goals and sales success within the construction industry. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute targeted, ROI-driven marketing campaigns across the Southeast region Manage paid and outbound acquisition channels to drive lead generation and pipeline growth Leverage industry platforms such as: ConstructConnect PlanHub Salesforce Proactively identify, track, and advance new business opportunities Analyze performance data to continuously optimize campaigns and improve results Refine audience targeting and messaging to enhance lead quality and conversion rates Maximize return on marketing investment (ROI) through ongoing testing and optimization Partner with sales leadership to improve lead flow, follow-up, and pipeline conversion Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including CPL, pipeline growth, and revenue contribution Required Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, sales support, or business operations Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) Strong communication skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset Demonstrated focus on sales and revenue generation Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) Familiarity with construction or B2B industry tools (ConstructConnect, PlanHub, etc.) Experience with digital marketing, paid media, or lead generation campaigns Familiarity with social media platforms and email marketing tools TEC Offers: Competitive compensation package Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) Paid time off and company holidays Initial and ongoing training Opportunities for advancement within a growing organization The Erosion Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer (M/F/V/D).
