Customer Service Representatives – Bilingual & Non‑Bilingual Full‑Time | On‑Site | Tempe, AZ Our client, one of the largest mortgage servicers in the United States , is hiring Customer Service Representatives to support its growing operations in Tempe, AZ. This is a full‑time, on‑site role offering paid training, weekly pay, and long‑term career potential. Location 2116 E Achieve Way, 2nd Floor Tempe, AZ 85288 Role Overview Inbound call center environment (approximately 7 calls per hour) Calls are primarily in Spanish; bilingual candidates preferred, but non‑bilingual candidates are also considered Soft collections focused on early‑stage delinquency (less than 60 days past due) Assist homeowners by answering questions and outlining options to bring mortgage accounts current No aggressive collections; accounts over 60 days delinquent are handled by a separate team No prior mortgage or call center experience required; extensive training is provided Schedule Training (first 2 Weeks) 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM After Training 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Includes scheduled breaks and a 30‑minute lunch.
