Job Summary PERM SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST Talented Medical Solutions Full-time In-Office | Salinas, CA, United States Date: 05/31/26 Shift: 1 Start: 8:00 AM End: 4:30 PM Class: P-SLP Area: Windsor Skyline Care Perm: True Responsibilities Diagnose and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in patients. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with measurable milestones. Utilize data and analytics to track treatment efficacy and adjust plans. Meet or exceed patient load targets and contribute to territory pipeline goals. Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records. Collaborate with caregivers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support outcomes. Maintain compliance with clinical guidelines, privacy laws, and ethical standards. Engage in regular professional development to stay current with best practices. Provide telepractice or on-site services as required, ensuring quality of care. Educate patients and families on communication strategies and home practice. Participate in supervision and mentorship to support junior therapists and peers. Experience/Qualifications Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with active state license. Doctoral or master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Proven experience diagnosing and treating pediatric and/or adult speech and language disorders. Ability to develop and implement data-driven therapy plans with measurable milestones. Knowledge of privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA) and ethical clinical practices. Proficiency with documentation and electronic health records (EHR) to track progress. Experience delivering telepractice and on-site clinical services. Strong collaboration skills with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams. Demonstrated ability to meet patient load targets and contribute to pipeline goals. Ongoing professional development; participation in supervision and mentorship. What's in it for you?
