POSITION:LATE SHIFT:SUNDAY 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM 32HRS/MONTH Overview We are seeking a courteous and attentive Lobby Attendant to join our team.The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment in our building's lobby.Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, monitoring building access, and always maintaining a professional presence.th Key Responsibilities Warmly greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors upon arrival and departure Monitor the lobby and building entrances to ensure security and safety protocols are followed Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, reception area, and other public spaces Dedicated to fostering a work environment that supports caring for resident needs, respect among co-workers, and management coordination Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude SEIU-USWW membership required; either continued or acquired upon hire Ability to anticipate resident needs and handle situations appropriately Relevant professional experience Please submit your resume and brief cover letter outlining your qualifications to:manager@1080chestnut.com We look forward to welcoming you to our team.Pay:$29.91 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours:8.0 per week Work Location:In person.
