What you'll do:Scheduling inspections for the departments:Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, and Drain & Sewer.Pulling permits for work to be completed in corresponding city.Coordination of homeowner, city inspector, and license official to perform municipal inspections.Communicating with the license technician to schedule any follow-ups as needed.Requirements:How will success be measured:Ability to keep the backlog inspection down.Satisfying inspectional service requirement.Minimal Requirements:Experience in pulling permits and scheduling inspections.Self-Starter.Team Player.Outgoing.Highly organizational skills.Communicational skills.Works well under pressure.Able to multi-tasks Experience in scheduling.At Cranney Home Services you will be appreciated by your team, our customers, and have a direct impact on the success of the entire organization.If you're interested in considering a new opportunity, please apply here today!
