Permitting Associate Compensation:$50K-$55K per year Job Type:Full-Time, in person, Day shift.NY State Solar sells, designs, and builds quality solar systems in the New York City metropolitan area! Our focus is to provide an outstanding customer experience and deliver a high quality PV system.Dedicated to helping New York become economically and environmentally sustainable.A Permitting Associate will provide exceptional customer experience while supporting operational facets of the solar project.Ensuring paperwork and applications are completed in a timely manner.Permitting Associate Duties and Responsibilities:? Work and communicate with all company personnel, including:Management, Sales, Accounting, Field, & Office staff ? Effectively working with the Operations team to ensure all the correct information is relayed to various key players in the solar process ? Update project management database ? Department of Buildings Permitting Qualifications:? Work experience in Project Coordination/Permitting is required ? Notary Experience a Huge Plus.? Excellent verbal, written, communication, organizational, attention to detail, problem solving and time management skills ? Must be proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel) ? Must be a motivated team player with a positive attitude ?
