Personal Assistant, Home & Farm Support Part-Time to Full-Time Home, Farm, and Practice Support We are building a busy, full life that blends meaningful professional work with a thoughtfully cared-for home, an active farm, animals, and a connection to the land.Our days move quickly, and we value calm, organization, kindness, and environments that feel welcoming and well run.We are looking for someone who enjoys being the steady presence behind the scenes and takes pride in keeping things organized, cared for, and moving smoothly.This role is for a dependable, capable, and values-aligned Personal Assistant, Home & Farm Support who wants meaningful, long-term work.This position is not intended for someone looking for a short-term change, temporary role, or brief pivot in life.It is designed to grow into a stable, ongoing position for someone who enjoys this type of work and wants to build it into a real career over time.You will help support a household, an active farm, and select operational needs of a medical practice.The right person enjoys variety, hands-on work, animals, plants, and being trusted with real responsibility.This role starts part-time and has the potential to grow into a full-time position for the right fit.How This Role Works You will support both household and professional operations.Day-to-day home and farm coordination will be handled through the household.Practice-related tasks will be coordinated through office leadership.This role does not involve cleaning or tidying the office itself.The right person will be comfortable working independently, using good judgment, and taking initiative without constant direction.Key Responsibilities Home & Household Support Maintain a tidy, organized, hotel-like home environment Clear clutter from counters and shared spaces Take out trash and recycling as needed Perform daily home resets between weekly professional cleanings Put away clean laundry efficiently and correctly (laundry service handles washing) Organize cabinets, closets, shelves, and storage areas Ensure the home is free of pet messes and odors Pet Care Daily care for dogs and cats, including feeding and litter box maintenance Prompt and thorough cleanup of pet accidents Basic dog grooming such as brushing, wiping paws, and general coat upkeep Monitoring pet behavior and overall well-being Providing calm companionship and attention Full pet care during travel periods Farm, Animals & Greenhouse (Essential Part of the Role) Assist with planting, watering, harvesting, and seasonal farm work Support greenhouse care, including watering and monitoring conditions Assist with animal care, including feeding and cleaning stalls or enclosures Help care for current and future animals such as sheep, goats, chickens, and llamas Perform physical outdoor tasks such as carrying supplies, stacking materials, moving equipment, and general upkeep Act as a capable farm hand when needed, particularly during spring and summer Errands, Projects & Practice Support Pick up lunches for the practice on select weekdays Run errands for supplies, materials, or returns Transport items between the home, farm, and practice locations Meet contractors, painters, landscapers, or service providers Assist with moving equipment or materials for projects Provide occasional administrative or organizational support as needed(This role does not include cleaning or tidying the office.)
