Personal Assistant / Caregiver Opportunity Looking for a reliable individual to help support daily life for a young adult woman currently requiring assistance during her health journey in a peaceful home environment.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys mindful work in the home and a calm, nature-connected environment.Schedule:4 Scheduled Days per Week (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays) Shift Times:9:00 AM to 3:30-5:30 PM (flexible end time depending on needs) Pay:$30/hr Location:Private residence location around Bat Cave / Hendersonville.About the Role:This is a personal support and assistant role to provide care, support in the home, and be responsible for errands or tasks.The individual receiving support participates in tasks she can do independently.Her well-being is significantly supported through consistent and thoughtful assistance.Seeking someone who is initiative driven, observant, pro-active, multi-task oriented and a great and clear communicator.The home is shared with two french bulldogs who are loving, friendly, and relatively easy to care for.The household includes a garden and other animals on the property.Interests include gardening, art, music, healing, cooking, and learning about related topics.The home environment is kept peaceful, clean, and organized to support overall well-being.Assistant is welcome to enjoy what is available from the garden based on preferences and availability.Skills & Requirements: Experience with cleaning and cooking - Ability to stay organized, take initiative, be attentive/detail oriented, and maintain home routines. Capacity to care for dogs and their related needs - Able to use technology and apps (cellphone, tablets, computers) - Physically able to be active and lift moderately heavy items - Clear and respectful communication skills - Consistent availability for work schedule Responsibilities Include: Laundry - Cleaning - Cooking or assisting with meal preparation - Errands and Driving - Plant care - General dog care and appointments - Keeping stock of household necessities and products - Organization - Supporting creative or household projects - Maintaining home appliances Other General Expectations: Strong scents such as perfumes are not permitted in the home. The space should be respected with minimal loud noise or disruptions/cell phone use.
