Exilara Health is seeking a reliable, flexible, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant & Production/Hair-Makeup Assistant to support a founder-led healthcare and media company based near the North Miami Beach / Aventura area . This is a hands-on, part-time 1099 contractor role for someone who is organized, trustworthy, creative, and comfortable moving between personal assistant duties, production support, wardrobe maintenance, light photography assistance, and basic hair/makeup support. The ideal candidate has experience doing hair and makeup, including working with extensions, and can share a portfolio or examples of prior work. Licensure is not required. Responsibilities Responsibilities may include Assisting with scheduling, calendar coordination, reminders, and day-to-day organization Helping coordinate home, work, production, and personal schedules Running errands and assisting with local pickups/drop-offs as needed Providing basic hair and makeup support, including experience with extensions Assisting with wardrobe preparation, organization, styling support, and maintenance Helping on set during content, photo, video, or production days Supporting basic photography needs, including helping operate a camera or assist with simple content capture Preparing items, wardrobe, supplies, and materials for shoots, meetings, or travel Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all home, work, and production environments Providing general personal assistant support as needed Requirements Qualified candidates must Live close to the North Miami Beach / Aventura area Speak English fluently Have reliable transportation Have a clean background and be willing to complete a background check Be willing to sign an NDA Have experience with hair and makeup Have experience working with extensions Provide a portfolio, photos, social media page, or examples of prior hair/makeup work Be organized, punctual, discreet, and trustworthy Be comfortable working in both home and professional environments Be flexible with scheduling Be able to provide references upon request Preferred Qualifications Preferred but not required Experience assisting on set, at photo shoots, or with content production Basic photography or camera operation skills Wardrobe styling or wardrobe maintenance experience Prior personal assistant, executive assistant, beauty, production, or creative support experience Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs Schedule This is a flexible part-time role. The schedule will vary based on business, production, and personal needs and will typically be determined a couple of weeks in advance. Some weekday, evening, or occasional weekend availability may be requested depending on the schedule. Pay $25 per hour This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
