Job Description
A Las Vegas-based CEO is hiring a Personal Assistant to support day-to-day personal operations. This is a 1099 contract role starting at 10 to 15 hours per week with potential to scale based on fit. About the Principal Operates at high speed across multiple businesses and personal projects. Communicates directly, expects ownership, and values judgment. Low tolerance for friction, high appreciation for people learn quickly and think quickly on their feet. What You'll Do Run errands, manage household logistics, and handle in-person tasks across the Vegas area Coordinate appointments, reservations, deliveries, travel, and personal scheduling Manage vendors, service providers, and one-off projects Handle ad hoc requests with minimal hand-holding Keep information, schedules, and priorities organized and current through regularly updated shared notes and reliable reminders/alerts Anticipate needs before they're flagged Who You Are Based in or very near Las Vegas with reliable transportation and flexibility for in-person work Consistently detail-oriented, organized and on-top it, personally and professionally Highly responsive with ability to take on time sensitive tasks Calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple on-going tasks at once Strong judgment Logistics 1099 contract $32/hr 10 to 15 hours/week to start, potential to grow Vegas-based, occasional in-person work required with minimal notice Process Application: resume & optional short note Brief questionnaire via email Phone screen with outgoing PA – 30 min Intro call with the principal – 30 min Reference checks In-person meeting with the principal Offer We're looking to move quickly for the right candidate, though we don't have a hard deadline.
