ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Responsibilities:? Assumes responsibility for the effective and professional performance of financial service functions? Is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective and professional business relationships with customers and external contacts? Establishing and maintaining effective coordination and communication with area personnel and management? Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned? Must be very familiar with Cache Valley Bank's procedures and training KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:? No prior personal banking experience required? Teller and/or banking experience is desirable? Branch services are efficiently and effectively delivered in accordance with established company policies and standards? Communicate clearly, accurately and cordially through email and telephone? Good working relations exist with branch personnel.? Sparak banking system experience preferred.? Excellent customer service skills, outgoing, able to tactfully resolve issues as they arrive? Detail oriented, accurate and efficient? Team player who also displays individual initiative?
