About Us LT Home Health is a trusted home healthcare agency committed to delivering compassionate and high-quality care to individuals in their homes.We are expanding our dedicated team and are looking for caregivers who are reliable, caring, and ready to make a difference.What We Offer Affordable Healthcare Plans Dental and Vision Coverage Voluntary Life and AD&D Insurance Flexible Work Schedules Direct Deposit & Electronic Paystubs Time-and-a-Half Pay for Overtime and Holidays Job Responsibilities Provide personal care and hygiene assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and feeding Assist with transfers, ambulation, and mobility (including use of assistive devices) Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishwashing, and general tidying Prepare simple meals and assist with grocery shopping or errands as needed Accompany clients to doctor's appointments or community outings when appropriate Observe and report changes in the client's physical, emotional, or mental condition to the supervisor Maintain a safe and clean environment in the client's home Follow care plan instructions and health/safety protocols Respond promptly and responsibly in emergency situations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 6 months of experience in caregiving, home healthcare, hospitality, or a related field preferred Certification as a CNA or HHA preferred but not required Physical ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs and perform essential job functions Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required Strong communication and time-management skills Compassionate, respectful, and professional demeanor Willingness to adhere to health, safety, and infection control standards Schedule:M-F Afternoon Why Join LT Home Health?
