Personal Care Assistant

Personal Care: Assist with bathing, grooming, and hygiene. Help with dressing and undressing. Support with toileting and incontinence care. Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation. Monitor and report changes in client condition. Housekeeping & Meal Support: Perform light housekeeping (e.g., dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, laundry). Clean kitchen and bathroom areas. Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed. Wash dishes and clean appliances. Companionship & Errands: Provide social interaction and emotional support. Escort or transport clients to appointments, errands, or activities. Remind clients to take medications (as allowed). Other Duties: Document care provided during each visit. Follow care plans and safety protocols. Communicate clearly with clients, families, and supervisors.
