Job Purpose:As a Personal Care Attendant at MILES OF SMILES HOME CARE SERVICES LLC, your main goal is to bring joy and comfort to our clients by helping them with their daily activities and ensuring they feel supported and cared for in their own homes.Key Responsibilities:Assist clients with personal care tasks like bathing, dressing, and grooming to help them feel fresh and comfortable.Prepare and serve meals that are both nutritious and delicious, making sure to cater to any dietary needs or preferences.Help clients with mobility, whether it's moving around the house or going for a walk, to keep them active and engaged.Provide companionship and engage in fun activities that bring a smile to their faces, like playing games or watching movies together.Keep the living environment clean and tidy by doing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and dishwashing.Monitor and report any changes in the client's health or behavior to ensure they receive the best care possible.Run errands or accompany clients to appointments, making sure they have everything they need along the way.Be a friendly and reliable presence, always ready to lend a helping hand and listen to their stories and needs.Required Education:High school diploma or equivalent Required Experience:Experience in personal care or caregiving is preferred but not required Familiarity with basic health and safety standards Required Skills and Abilities:Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities Physical stamina to assist clients with mobility and daily activities Basic knowledge of personal care routines and hygiene practices Ability to follow instructions and adapt to client-specific needs Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards caregiving.
