The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) provides assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLS). Requirements For The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required or active registry status on the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide registry. Be at least 18 years of age. Possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members. Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
