Personal Care Attendant - Green Mountain Union High School

Green Mountain Union High School is seeking a dedicated and caring Personal Care Attendant for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year. The following are requirements of this position: Key ResponsibilitiesProvide individualized support to a student in an educational setting Assist with implementation of educational and behavioral plans Support the students academic, social, and daily living needs Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and related service providers Maintain a safe, consistent, and supportive environment Follow established routines, plans, and team guidance QualificationsExperience working with students with special needs preferred Associate degree and/or relevant experience (2+ years preferred) Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills Patience, flexibility, and a willingness to learn Ability to follow detailed plans and maintain consistency Additional OpportunitiesPotential for additional hours through after-school and summer programs The ideal candidate should have a high level of energy and work well with all students. 48 college credits or passing the ParaPro exam is required.
