We’re now hiring our next associate attorney — someone who believes in plaintiff’s personal injury work, has strong work ethic and grit, takes ownership, communicates well, and wants to build real litigation and trial skills over time. What You’ll Do: This role may include a mix of presuit, litigation support, client communication, case evaluation, drafting, hearings, mediation preparation, and trial preparation. The right person should be willing to jump in where needed, learn quickly, take ownership, and grow into greater responsibility over time. What We’re Looking For: We are more focused on the right work mentality than a rigid background. The right candidate will be: Licensed to practice law in Florida. Interested in plaintiff’s personal injury work and helping injured people. Hungry to learn, coachable, and open to feedback. Responsive, accountable, and strong in follow-through. Serious about deadline ownership and moving cases forward. Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to do the work. A clear communicator with clients, teammates, providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel. Comfortable asking thoughtful questions and problem-solving before escalating. Calm under pressure and able to manage competing priorities. Willing to jump in where needed, including presuit, litigation support, client communication, drafting, hearings, mediation preparation, or trial preparation.
