Personal Injury Attorney

Pre-litigation attorneys at Heuser & Heuser represent injured clients from case opening through resolution or handoff to litigation. This is not a litigation role. The work happens before suit is filed: building the case, guiding clients through treatment and recovery, and negotiating outcomes that reflect what clients have actually been through. You'll learn by doing, with real mentorship alongside it. Partners and senior attorneys work directly with pre-lit attorneys, reviewing strategy and sharing guidance on active cases. There's no back corner where you figure things out alone. Prior personal injury experience isn't required. Sound judgment, clear communication with people under stress, genuine commitment to client outcomes, and the discipline to manage a real caseload with care and precision- those are what matter here. Compensation includes a base salary plus commission on fees from settled cases, along with health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), flexible PTO, and a hybrid work model. Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000
