We are a growing, highly respected plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Chicago is seeking a motivated Personal Injury Attorney to manage a caseload from pre-litigation through resolution. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys client advocacy, hands-on litigation, and working in a collaborative, results-driven environment. Responsibilities Handle a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement demands Take and defend depositions, attend mediations, and appear in court Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, and insurance carriers Evaluate liability, damages, and case value Work closely with partners and support staff to drive favorable outcomes Qualifications Active Chicago Bar license in good standing 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury or civil litigation experience Strong legal writing, negotiation, and case management skills Deposition and court appearance experience preferred Trial experience is a plus but not required Client-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities What’s Offered Competitive base salary ($150K-$200K) + bonus Strong pipeline of cases and marketing support Paralegal and litigation support staff Opportunity for hands-on litigation and trial exposure Clear path for professional growth and advancement Health benefits, PTO, and 401(k) Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $150,000-$200,000 base annually .
