Job Title: Personal Injury/Medical Malpractice Attorney Location: Cincinnati, OH (On-site) About the Opportunity: A growing and highly respected plaintiff-side law firm in Cincinnati is seeking a Personal Injury/Medical Malpractice Attorney to join its dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value, complex cases while gaining hands-on litigation experience in a fast-paced and supportive environment. What You’ll Do: Handle medical malpractice cases from intake through resolution Conduct case evaluations, legal research, and strategy development Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Take and defend depositions Participate in mediations, negotiations, and trial preparation Work closely with senior attorneys on high-exposure matters What We’re Looking For: J.D. from an accredited law school Active Ohio Bar license (required) Experience in medical malpractice or personal injury litigation preferred Strong litigation, research, and writing skills Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 and $200,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
