A growing personal injury law firm is looking for a Litigation Attorney who can confidently handle cases from filing through trial . Personal Injury Litigation Attorney Kennesaw, GA (Onsite) What You’ll Do: Manage personal injury cases in litigation Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Take and defend depositions Handle mediations and trial prep Work closely with clients and internal team What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience Strong courtroom and case management skills Ability to manage files independently Georgia Bar license required
