Responsibilities Manage PI litigation cases from filing to resolution Draft and review pleadings, motions, and legal documents Handle depositions and court appearances Review expert reports and case evidence Guide paralegals and support staff Develop case strategy to maximize recovery Requirements 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience Active NJ & NY Bar license Strong litigation, writing, and communication skills Ability to manage cases independently Preferred Experience supervising legal staff Spanish-speaking is a plus Schedule: Full-time
