The firm is actively seeking a driven and experienced Litigation Attorney to join its expanding Litigation Department. Position Overview: As a Litigation Associate , you'll manage a caseload of personal injury matters from complaint through trial. The ideal candidate has 2-5+ years of PI litigation experience and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. This role demands strong legal writing, strategic litigation skills, and a client-centered approach. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day case handling from complaint filing through trial Draft and review pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement documents Make regular court appearances, including hearings and settlement conferences Conduct and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses Communicate and negotiate with opposing counsel Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and other settlement proceedings Collaborate with support staff to audit files, ensure deadlines are met, and prepare for trial Provide legal analysis and strategy recommendations to clients Play an active role in trial preparation and execution when necessary Qualifications: Experience: 2-5+ years of personal injury litigation experience required st
