This role offers growth and professional development What You Will Do: Prepare pleadings, subpoenas, and complex discovery responses (Interrogatories, RFP, RFA). Prepare for trial, organize exhibits, coordinate expert witnesses, and handle trial notebooks. Seamlessly navigate SC State and Federal filing systems. Serve as the professional face of the firm, guiding clients through the high-stakes litigation process. What We Are Looking For: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a litigation-heavy role You prefer the collaboration and focus of a professional law office environment. Sharp attention to detail and court deadlines and statutes of limitation.
