Job Description Join Allstate's New York State Personal Injury Protection (PIP) / No Fault Litigation team as a Paralegal Specialist, where your contributions will be essential to supporting complex no fault insurance disputes and delivering strong legal outcomes for our insureds and internal clients. Based in Uniondale, NY, this hybrid role requires the ability to report to the Uniondale office as needed and offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys handling high-volume and high-exposure New York State No Fault matters. You'll play a critical role throughout the litigation life cycle, with a strong emphasis on discovery management, court filings, and procedural compliance specific to PIP / No Fault litigation - from responding to complaints and petitions to supporting arbitration hearings and trial preparation. With hands-on training and mentorship from a collaborative team of no fault paralegals and attorneys, you'll continue to build specialized expertise in a fast-paced, supportive legal environment.
