Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Personal Injury Paralegal role located in Dallas, TX. The Personal Injury Paralegal will assist attorneys with legal document preparation, conduct thorough legal research, and review and organize documents pertinent to cases. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed case files, communicating with clients, and ensuring deadlines are met. The role plays a crucial part in supporting the legal team and delivering high-quality service to clients. Qualifications Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review Strong skills in Legal Research and analysis Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members Familiarity with personal injury law and related procedures is preferred Bachelor's degree, Paralegal certification, or equivalent experience in a legal setting Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
