Personal Injury Pre- Litigation Paralegal

Key Responsibilities Manage personal injury cases from intake through pre-litigation stage Communicate with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and other involved parties Gather, organize, and maintain case documentation, including medical records and accident reports Assist with claim preparation, demand packages, and settlement negotiations Track case progress, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely resolution Coordinate medical treatment and lien-related matters Maintain accurate and organized case files in case management systems Provide general support to attorneys and case managers as needed Qualifications Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in personal injury pre-litigation (plaintiff-side preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Familiarity with personal injury case management systems Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload Strong attention to detail and follow-through Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package, including: 401(k) with employer matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Opportunities for professional growth and advancement
