Job Description
Overview:You will be responsible for managing a book of personal lines clients, handling day-to-day service, and proactively reviewing accounts for coverage gaps, remarketing opportunities, and upsell/cross-sell potential.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and confident making recommendations--not just answering questions.Key Responsibilities:Client Servicing (Daily) Handle inbound client requests (policy changes, billing questions, coverage questions, endorsements) Process policy changes accurately and efficiently with carriers Provide prompt, professional communication via phone, email, and text Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts Renewals & Retention Review upcoming renewals for rate increases, coverage gaps, and remarketing opportunities Re-shop policies when appropriate to maintain competitive pricing and coverage Proactively communicate renewal changes and options to clients Work to maintain high retention through service and relationship-building Account Reviews & Coverage Optimization Conduct periodic account reviews to identify missing or outdated coverage Recommend appropriate coverage improvements (liability increases, umbrella, etc.) Ensure accounts are properly structured and aligned with client needs Upselling & Cross-Selling Identify opportunities to round out accounts (home, auto, umbrella, rental properties, etc.) Educate clients on coverage gaps and additional protection options Support producers by uncovering new business opportunities within the existing book Carrier & Agency Coordination Work directly with carrier underwriting teams to solve issues and place business Maintain accurate documentation and notes in the agency management system Assist with quoting and new business support when needed What We're Looking For 2years of personal lines insurance experience preferred Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain quickly) Strong communication skills--clear, confident, and professional High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Proactive mindset--identifies problems and solves them without being asked Comfortable discussing coverage and making recommendations to clients Pay:$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits:Paid time off Work Location:In person.
