Job Title: Inside Insurance Advisor, Personal Lines Location: Remote (MUST RESIDE IN MARYLAND) Salary: $50,000-$60,000 + Commission Skills: Sales, Relationship Building, Communication, CRM Management, Organization About the Insurance Company / The Opportunity: Join a dynamic, growth-oriented company within the insurance industry, dedicated to delivering impactful risk solutions for clients and partnering closely with real estate professionals. As an Inside Insurance Advisor for Personal Lines, you will be at the forefront of driving new business growth, cultivating key relationships, and contributing to the continued success and expansion of the organization. Responsibilities: Drive new business growth by identifying, targeting, and prospecting potential clients using advanced sales tools. Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline, diligently following up on leads and recording activities in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to identify cross-sell opportunities and maximize value for clients. Establish and strengthen partnerships with real estate agents and offices through events, meetings, and ongoing relationship-building efforts. Attend in-person agency and team events as needed to foster teamwork and collaboration. Stay up-to-date on insurance market trends, product offerings, and compliance requirements through regular training and education. Demonstrate exceptional communication, creativity, and a high level of sales drive to achieve and exceed business goals. Travel as required to attend meetings and industry-related events. Must-Have Skills: Candidate must reside in Maryland Candidate must have Personal Lines experience! Proven track record in sales, preferably within the insurance or related industries. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and referral sources. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency with CRM systems to track sales activities and manage pipelines. Ability to adapt to new technology and embrace change in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, competitive, persistent, and results-driven mindset. Must be open to occasional travel to: Baltimore, Annapolis, Bel Air, and Westminster Nice-to-Have Skills: Active insurance license or prior experience working in personal lines insurance. Experience building successful partnerships with real estate agents or similar referral partners. Familiarity with sales enablement tools and resources. Exposure to fast-paced, independent agency environments. Willingness to travel to attend in-person meetings and agency events.
