Personal Lines Customer Service Rep

Salary: $50,000 (plus possibility of commission) Who we are: Allen Insurance Group is a family owned agency that writes Personal and Commercial lines of insurance. Our work hours are from 8:30am to 4:30pm M-F and we close for extended time on major holidays so that our employees can spend time with family without having to use PTO days. Description: The Personal Lines CSR will be responsible for maintaining relationships with and serving our current personal lines book of business. This role will work to solve clients problems effectively and efficiently. The ultimate goal is to retain 100% of our personal lines book of business each year. There is also room for growth into a Personal Lines Team Manager if desired. Duties include Using our systems to shop expiring policies at renewal with all of our carriers Quickly respond to endorsement requests and service requests as they come in Handle daily downloads first thing each morning Handle basic billing questions Run weekly and monthly reports Requirements: Full time position No experience necessary, but preferred Valid P&C license is a plus Proficient use of the computer and VOIP phone systems Benefits: 18 PTO days Work from home possibility
