Insurance Agency located in Maitland, FL has an immediate need for a temp Personal Lines CSR that has a 440 license and must have EPIC / Applied Experience Job Title: Temporary Personal Lines CSR – 440 Licensed Location: Maitland, Florida (Orange County) Schedule: In-Office Assignment Type: Temporary Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) with an active Florida 440 License for a temporary in-office assignment in Maitland, Florida. This role will support the personal lines insurance team by assisting clients with policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, billing inquiries, and overall customer support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, prior agency experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to personal lines insurance clients Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries regarding coverage, billing, and policy information Work closely with carriers and producers to resolve client issues efficiently Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the agency management system Assist with quoting and coverage reviews as needed Follow up with clients regarding policy renewals and required documentation Ensure compliance with agency procedures and Florida insurance regulations Qualifications Active Florida 440 Customer Representative License required Previous experience working in personal lines insurance Strong knowledge of homeowners, auto, umbrella, and other personal lines products Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Proficient with Microsoft Office and agency management systems Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Additional Information Temporary assignment In-office role located in Maitland, Florida (Orange County) Computer and equipment provided MUST HAVE EPIC / APPLIED Experience
