Job Description
Our client, a fast-growing Insurtech/AI-driven Insurance Agency and Service Provider, is seeking someone ready to help set up and grow a Personal Lines Shared Services platform for agency partners across the country. What We’re Looking For - 3–7 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance servicing or operations Strong command of the Personal Lines policy lifecycle (endorsements, renewals, carrier notices, customer servicing) Comfortable in a player-coach role: doing hands-on work while improving how work gets done Operationally sharp: strong judgment, prioritization, and follow-through Quality-oriented and detail-driven, especially under deadline pressure Comfortable working from queues, tickets, and workflows rather than owning a personal book Adaptable and pragmatic in environments where processes and tools are still evolving Clear, grounded communicator who works well with frontline staff and leadership Licensing important but also experience in PL (even if not currently in PL) Operational skillset desired, plus managing people (onshore or offshore), SOPs, efficiency, etc. Designations (for keyword search, don’t HAVE to have these): API (Associate in Personal Insurance): Focuses on underwriting, marketing, and personal insurance business. PLCS (Personal Lines Coverage Specialist): Covers homeowners, auto, umbrella, and endorsements; designed for producers and CSRs. CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative): Focuses on day-to-day services, policy, and claims. <-- this one is really specific to operational servicing- ACSR-PL (Accredited Customer Service Representative - Personal Lines): Specialized in servicing and providing tailored solutions for personal assets. QPLS (Qualified Personal Lines Specialist): Focuses on enhancing skills in the personal lines market.
