Location: Smyrna, GA Job Type: Part-Time Compensation $25 per class About F45 North Smyrna F45 Training North Smyrna is a high-energy functional fitness studio focused on delivering innovative, team-based workouts in a supportive and motivating community. Our mission is to help members transform their lives through effective training, accountability, and exceptional coaching. Position Overview We are looking for passionate, energetic, and reliable Personal Trainers / Group Fitness Coaches to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is confident leading group fitness classes, knowledgeable in exercise technique, and excited about creating an outstanding member experience. Responsibilities Coach F45 group fitness classes with energy and enthusiasm Demonstrate exercises and provide clear instruction Correct form and offer regressions and progressions Motivate members and foster a positive community atmosphere Conduct member introductions and assist new clients Help with studio setup and breakdown Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio Support member retention and studio growth initiatives Qualifications Current Personal Training Certification (ACE, NASM, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent) CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain before starting) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and dependable work ethic Group fitness coaching experience preferred, but not required Preferred Experience Functional training, HIIT, or strength coaching Sales or customer service Social media and community engagement Availability Requirements Early mornings (starting as early as 5:00 AM) Evenings (through approximately 7:30 -8:00 PM) Some weekends Flexible availability is a plus What We Offer: Competitive per-class pay Complimentary studio membership Ongoing training and mentorship Growth opportunities within the studio Supportive, fun, team-oriented environment Why Join Us?
