Build Your Future. ___________________________________________________________________________________________ Position Overview We are looking for a Personal Training Sales Consultant (PTSC) who will be the driving force behind our fitness programs and assigning clients to our Personal Trainers at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe. ___________________________________________________________________________________________ What You’ll Do As our Personal Training Sales Consultant (PTSC), you will be the driving force behind our fitness programs, combining your passion for fitness with your exceptional sales skills. You will assign a team of dedicated personal trainers to their clientele, setting and surpassing sales targets while fostering a positive and motivating environment focused on delivering on our Mission to Transform People. ___________________________________________________________________________________________ What Success Looks Like Effectively filling the top of the funnel by converting leads into new clients, then seamlessly handing off to PTs for an exceptional client experience. Consistently maintains a high level of productive activity, staying engaged with members throughout each shift. Proactively connects members to personal training and/or dotFIT supplements based on their goals and needs. Reliably meets or exceeds scheduled, show, and close rate expectations for consultations and sales. ___________________________________________________________________________________________ About You You are an assertive, outgoing, independent, empathetic, hard headed person that has to be in control of your own destiny as opposed to anyone else being in control of it for you. Take them through the CrunchONE Kickoff- the most important experience in their member journey. Set them up with a personal trainer that has the dedication and availability to guide their goals and the dotFIT programs to help them get there and achieve results they thought weren’t possible Customer Service Concierge Address customer questions, comments, or concerns. Assist clients with tasks like booking sessions with their trainer or updating billing information. Team Builder Foster a collaborative environment where everyone works together toward club goals. Engage and build the value of the trainer being assigned as a subject matter expert to ensure a smooth and results driven experience and develop trust in your team. _________________________________________________________________________________________ Required Qualifications Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness industry. Passion for health and fitness. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Provide team member experience with a positive and motivating approach.
