Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic Pest Control Service Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver effective pest control treatments, maintain customer satisfaction, and uphold safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize a variety of tools and equipment, and make a tangible difference in our community’s quality of life. Honesty and Integrity above all else. If hired within 7 days of initial contact and you start within 2 weeks you will receive 750.00 signing bonus with 1st paycheck. After 3 months of successful servicing and integrity you will receive 750.00 bonus with that paycheck. Duties: Conduct pest inspections and apply treatment solutions using specialized pest control products and equipment Identify pest issues accurately and recommend appropriate treatment plans Operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and landscaping equipment as needed for site preparation or maintenance Drive company vehicles safely to various customer locations while adhering to all traffic laws Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, chemicals used, and customer interactions Communicate clearly with customers about treatment procedures and safety precautions Qualifications Prior experience or knowledge in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, agriculture or related fields is preferred Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required Strong communication skills to explain services clearly and professionally Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols Willingness to learn new techniques related to pest management and property maintenance Join our team as a Pest Control Service Professional and help us deliver exceptional service while advancing your skills in a fast-paced environment.
