Essential Functions and Responsibilities:The pest control technician's responsibilities include inspecting customers' premises, advising customers on possible treatment options, and clearing up any areas littered with work-related debris.Efficiently carry out all duties without damaging customers' property.Fill out all necessary paperwork upon completion of each job.Communicate with office staff to schedule services with customers.Apply suitable pesticides to infested areas by following the label instructions and complying with safety procedures.Respond to customers' requests for various pest control services.Identify opportunities to sell additional company services and products.Adjusting chemical mixtures according to the size of the infested areas.Required Skills and Experience:Must be able to physically lift 50 lbs and carry all necessary equipment.High school diploma or GED.Valid driver's license required Proven pest control experience (or willingness to learn) Licensed to perform pest control (or the willingness to learn) The ability to work in all weather conditions.Excellent problem-solving skills.Effective communication and customer service skills.Detail-oriented.Strong work ethic and dependability (This is a MUST) Desire to be creative and help grow the business Job Type:Full-time Pay:$15.00 - $17.00 per hour License/Certification:Driver's License (Required) Work Location:In person.
