Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity and entry points Apply pest control treatments using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment in accordance with safety standards Develop customized pest management plans tailored to each client’s needs and property conditions Educate customers on pest prevention techniques, landscape maintenance, and environmentally friendly practices Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, chemicals used, and customer interactions for compliance and follow-up Operate machinery and landscaping tools to support outdoor treatment areas when necessary Drive company vehicles safely to various job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols Qualifications Prior experience or knowledge in pest control, lawn care, landscaping, or agriculture is highly desirable Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and/or landscaping equipment Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for safe transportation between job sites Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards Ability to perform labor intensive activities, such as lifting 50 lbs, bending, stooping or leaning near or on the ground, moving furniture to treat or inspect behind and beneath, etc. Strong communication skills to explain treatment processes clearly and professionally Willingness to learn about pest management techniques and environmental safety regulations Join us as a Pest Control Technician and help create healthier environments through expert pest management!
