During visits, we prioritize interactive engagement with pets, ensuring they receive the attention and love they deserve. We believe in encouraging pets' natural instincts through fun games, invigorating walks, and enjoyable hikes. We believe pets can be trained without the need of using shock, prong or choke and/or the use of pain force or fear. Our mobile pet-sitting service is designed to ensure a stress-free and familiar environment for our pets. Effective communication with our clients is at the core of our service, enabling us to meet specific needs and build strong, lasting relationships. No Dog Too Small is seeking a dedicated and passionate Dog Walking and Pet Care Specialist to join our team. As an independent contractor, you will receive full compensation plus any tips. Additional pay is provided for services completed on weekends, holidays, and out-of-area requests. We also offer compensation when referring new clients. Responsibilities: Adhere to No Dog Too Small's force-free model of pet handling. Provide dog walking and pet sitting services. Ensure the safety and well-being of the pets in your care. Communicate effectively with ownership and pet owners regarding their pets' needs and any observations. Maintain a high level of reliability and efficiency in your work. Requirements: Extensive experience handling dogs and cats, with a clear knowledge of dog body language and behavior. Strong verbal and written language skills in English. Flexibility with schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather. Must be reliable, efficient, and able to work independently. Valid driver's license. Reliable transportation. Preferred minimum of 25-30 hours per week, but pet care specialists can choose their own hours. Background check is required. Must have pet insurance/bonding. Pay: $18 to $27 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits: Flexible schedule. Availability for Monday-Friday, weekends, and holidays. Additional pay for weekend, holiday, and out-of-area services. Compensation for referring new clients.
