Your Role in the Magic As a Pet Care Specialist, you’re one part caregiver, one part playmate, and one part calm, grounding energy in the pack. You’ll be right in the middle of the action making sure every pup feels safe, seen, and oh-so-loved. You’ll be right in the heart of the pack making sure every dog feels safe, seen, and loved while also capturing and sharing those special little moments with their humans. What You’ll Be Doing Guiding small, balanced playgroups based on temperament and play style Reading dog body language and helping keep play safe, positive, and stress-free Engaging in playtime, cuddles, and enrichment (lick mats, treats, one-on-one love, all the good stuff) Capturing candid photos and sharing updates with pet parents so they can feel connected to their pup’s day Creating those “core memory” moments (zoomies, bestie snuggles, sunshine play sessions) Keeping our space clean, fresh, and ready for the next round of fun Communicating with the team about any behavior or health changes Who You Are A true dog lover… the kind who notices every tail wag and happy bounce Interested in (or experienced with) dog behavior and body language Calm, positive, and able to flow with a fast-paced environment Reliable, team-oriented, and always ready to jump in Totally okay with fur, slobber, and a little chaos here and there The Day-to-Day Energy Active and on your feet, moving between playgroups, cleaning, and connecting with pups Working indoors and outdoors in all kinds of weather Lifting and handling dogs of all sizes (40+ lbs) Schedule + Pay Flexible scheduling including weekends & holidays Why You’ll Love It Here Your coworkers have paws and big personalities Every day is filled with movement, connection, and a little bit of magic You’re part of a team that truly cares about every pup and each other You help create moments that pet parents get to smile about long after pickup Job Type: Part-time Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week Benefits Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
