Internal recognition programs that support an engaged workplace 401(K) with company match The Pet Department Head would perform excellent customer service and stocking the areas of the pet department, along with other assigned duties that would ensure that the customer has an efficient, pleasant shopping experience.This can include, but is not limited to:Perform Retail Store Clerk, Agriculture & Pet Duties Determine Work Assigments and assign to associates Train new associates Attend Seminars at Blain Supply Inc.and other outside locations Process special orders for customers Maintain accuruate on-hand balances Assist customers and associates with problem solving Assist other departments as assigned Assist lost pervention as assigned Great communication skills Prior Retail experience preferred Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend Able to pass a background check.
