Pet Food Manufacturing -Located in Pawnee City, NE

We offer 2 different 12 hour shifts:Day Shift:6am-6pm Night Shift:6pm- 6am Pay Rate:$15.50 per hour Summary As a Production Worker at our manufacturing facility in Pawnee City, NE, you will be integral to the assembly line operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in our production processes.Your core skills in mechanical knowledge and assembly will be vital as you work with hand and power tools.Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will also utilize your organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.A high school diploma or GED is required, and experience with forklifts is a plus.Join us to contribute to our commitment to excellence in manufacturing.General Job Duties include but not limited to:Identify and communicate food safety and/or product integrity issues to appropriate personnel Follow all standard operating procedures and recommend revisions for improvements Follow procedures dictated by Leads/Supervisors for each product Instruct subordinate staff and/or temporary employees on job specific tasks Report any unsafe conditions or acts to Productions Supervisor and/or other management personnel Work in the most effective, efficient and safe manners at all times Carry out good housekeeping practices Other responsibilities as assigned by management Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.Job Types:Full-time, Temporary Pay:$15.50 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
