Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pet Groomer to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a love for animals and a commitment to providing exceptional grooming services.As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of pets while delivering high-quality grooming services that enhance their appearance and comfort.Your expertise in animal care will contribute to a positive experience for both pets and their owners.Responsibilities Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling of various breeds of dogs and cats.Ensure the safety and comfort of pets during grooming sessions through proper animal restraint techniques.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming area, including tools and equipment.Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their grooming preferences and provide recommendations based on the pet's needs.Monitor pets for any signs of health issues or discomfort during grooming sessions and report findings to pet owners.Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their concerns or questions regarding pet care.Keep accurate records of grooming services performed, including any special instructions or notes about each pet's behavior or condition.Experience Previous experience in pet grooming is required.Skills in animal restraint, dog handling, and basic veterinary knowledge are highly desirable.Experience in customer service is essential to ensure a positive client experience.Familiarity with dog training, pet sitting, kennel operations, or general animal care will be considered an asset.Join our team of passionate animal lovers dedicated to providing top-notch grooming services while ensuring the well-being of every pet we care for!
